Draft for review.

Who we are

OMNXX Technologies Ltd operates omnxx.com. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through the contact form and the site check:

  • Your name
  • Your business name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you provide one
  • Your website address, industry and team size, if you provide them
  • The message you write to us

We do not ask for special category data, payment details or account credentials through this website, and you should not send them to us in a form message.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and discuss the report or call you asked for. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where you have ticked the consent box, your consent.

We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our internal workflow and communication tools so we can act on them. Those providers process the data on our behalf under contract. We do not share your details with anyone else unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months so we have context if you come back to us, then deleted. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period we are required to retain business records afterwards.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers, and sets no cookies for those purposes. If that changes, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated first, and consent will be requested where required.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through this website. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Security

Data submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to access-controlled systems. We keep the amount of personal data we hold to the minimum needed to help you.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
